Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
EVERYTHING needs to go into that Swansea game. Get 3 points and we are nearly there.

Sadly there is always a team that goes into a terminal tailspin with 10 games to go and I don't think anyone could argue that isn't us this season.

Rot needs to stop and I can't see it stopping with Bilic still here. He clearly has lost something, the only thing he ever had was 'passion' but that was gone the other day.

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
Of course, being close to the pitch helped under a Roeder, Pardew, Grant, Zola etc.
It's the dross ON the pitch and the lack of prep and tactical nous, not the damned stadium.
We bought the usual cheap/freebie crap, save for the overpriced Ayew. We are reaping the seeds of our lack of ambition and a totally shot defence.

In 2003 we had good players and went down, now we have one..Antonio,...as I keep saying ,until we get close to the pitch(and that won't happen).and intimidate the teams, including ours .were fucked....

Will 33pts be enough?

So hope I am wrong but the way we are playing at present I don't see us winning any more games this season.

Everton and Spuds, we just don't beat them

Arsenal, Liverpool and Stoke, we don't do too well against them either.

Swans and Sunderland, two clubs desperate for points, well we normally can be counted on to help them out.

Burnley away, they are good at home and will be under no pressure when we meet them.

As I said, so hope I am wrong, perhaps we will get a draw - or two?

Billy, do you recall the last two months of the Grant debacle?

I bloody do, one point in the last 8 games, after we looked to be heading for safety with two wins on the bounce.

Swansea just about to kick off v Boro
Win as expected and they can go level by beating us next Sat
Hull have the Boro visit midweek. A win will have THEM within 3points.
Still sitting comfortably?

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
Stop acting like Gurly's (Sorry Girls!). A team always picks up a point or two here or there - no team just loses 10 games on the spin - and how many here predicted BS's win at Chelsea yesterday? We'll probably beat Spurs and Carroll always scores against Swansea. We'll finish in mid-table which is exactly what we are as a side.

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
Think lots won't bother renewing season tickets if the worst happens. And that waiting list will dwindle down pretty fast when they decline to take up the tickets.Think the owners must be getting pretty worried at the moment. They're big plans for 60,000 crowds, competing for top 4 and eventually champions league are looking a bit of a joke at the moment.

There always seems to be a mid-table slide doing a freefall into one of the relegation spots. I wonder who that might be this season?

Interesting predictions made by a Birmingham fan when Sully took over.

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
I can't see us going down, however if we where to (it's possible)it would be a financial disaster for our owners.
If we had to play a season or two in the championship to rid ourselves of the scurge owners, who'd care?
We are a laughing stock at the moment.
I'm sick of the current circus that our club has become.

That shithouse club Crystal palace are on the march unfortunately. ..not a chance they'll go..finish above us is nailed on imo.
I think Mackems....Smoggies and Taff's.

We'll only survive because there is so much shit standard sides in the League.

Fucking Watford are dogshit..and we're below those..

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
Sunderland are gone and hopefully Boro will be down too as i reckon Hull will beat them midweek which leaves them 8 points from safety.

Hull, Swansea, Palace, Burnely and Us for that last spot, we are the only side not picking up points..........................

Up until this weekend i would have said we are safe, forget anything at Arsenal, but Swansea next Saturday is massive, lose that and we are well and truly in danger of the drop.

Re: West Ham United Relegation Thread
Our best hope is Hull not making up the six points, which is 7 points really with the GD. I can really see us finishing 17th.

It is a total joke when you really think about it. Our problems are many and terminal. The board have to act before the next game to at least try to get a reaction from the players
